Arriving in Ghana on June 11 through June 18, the EWfE team traveled to all of the various sites to discuss with the onsite EWfE staff, the villagers and school teachers how the project is functioning for their specific village. The feedback is invaluable and we, over our 6 trips to these villages, have developed true bonds with the people. Click on the video to see in 2 minutes exactly how the purification process works.
A 28 second video of Laurencia assisting villagers to fill their buckets for the day with water pure water. She continued fearlessly even after we arrived and gathered to chat with the local villagers about our project. She seemed completely involved in what needed to be done. This generation will not accept contaminated water to drink.
World Water Day. This was our first experience with World Water Day. Harrison Matti our Director of Operations in Ghana was able to get some local news coverage. Waterforeveryone and Easy Water for Everyone sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
It is our plan to place two devices in conjunction with this Geneva Switzerland NGO in primary schools in Abono Ghana. Waterforeveryone already has support staff in this area which EWfE can coordinate with to establish this project in first months of 2019.
